There is hardly a more picturesque sight than that of an old mill.  Using water or wind to harness energy is an ancient notion and the streams and rivers of Britain have been driving mill wheels for thousands of years.  The first mills were small local businesses grinding corn, flour, or flax.  As industry grew, the Victorians built more mills making them larger to drive the machinery of growth.  Large mills powered enormous equipment that sawed, ground grain, or lifted huge hammers too card cotton or full wool.  By the end of the 19th century, there were 20,000 mills in England.  Before the zenith of the Industrial Revolution, on a dusty village road, the miller at Brandon Mill ground corn for his neighbors. Coordinates with 4025263 "Champion Herding Dog".  Replacement bulb (56.53161)
